To guarantee quality, we only sell British meat which is sourced directly from local farms. We mature the meat naturally and use traditional methods of preparation to ensure optimum flavour and texture. 

We also sell pies, sausages and burgers all of which are handmade and prepared on the premises. Whilst we have a large range of sausage recipes we are always open to new ideas and regularly create bespoke sausages requested by our customers. 

Our ethos is simply to provide the best level of service, whether it is for a few small items from our shop or a large catering order.
